Our lawyers participated as guest speakers at the Contact Center Roundtable Meeting

CasePro lawyers were invited as guest speakers at the Contact Center Roundtable Meeting which was organized by William Hill and the British Bulgarian Business Association (BBBA). The meeting which was held on the 8th of September 2015 brought together business representatives involved in the BPO sector in Bulgaria to discuss common interests and trends related to the industry. 

Damyana Lazarova, Partner at CasePro and Boyan Lazarov, Head of "Corporate & Labour", presented the legal aspects of moving of labour force, the advantages of the EU "Blue Card" and the options for Bulgarian employers to send employees to work on international projects abroad. CasePro lawyers also spoke on other challenges with the Bulgarian labour legislation, such as the options for using electronic means of communication between employers and employees. 

The participants in the meeting aim to further work in conjunction with the BBBA to provide the best environment for the sector to grow and prosper in Bulgaria.
