The CasePro team led by the partner Alexander Andonov successfully consulted its client Lindström on the realisation of a global project between the Lindström Group and Carrington for supply of cloth, amounting to 1'075'000 Euro. The project also involves engaging a Bulgarian textile producer, which upon ordering by Lindström group affiliates shall manufacture products for them with the purchased materials. The work of CasePro on this complex transaction included the development of the most appropriate legal and tax structure for effectuating the relations between the parties and its implementation in the contractual documentation. Through the transaction a Bulgarian textile enterprise became one of the main suppliers of Lindström group, which straightened the group's position of a leading European leader in the sector of working wear and equipment.
