<p>The CasePro team led by the partner&nbsp;Alexander Andonov successfully consulted its client Lindstr&ouml;m on&nbsp;the realisation of a global project between the Lindstr&ouml;m Group and Carrington for supply of cloth,&nbsp;amounting&nbsp;to 1&#39;075&#39;000 Euro. The project also&nbsp;involves engaging a Bulgarian textile producer, which upon ordering by Lindstr&ouml;m&nbsp;group affiliates shall manufacture products for them with the purchased materials. The work of CasePro on this complex transaction included&nbsp;the&nbsp;development of the most appropriate legal and tax structure for&nbsp;effectuating&nbsp;the relations between the parties and&nbsp;its implementation in the contractual documentation. Through the transaction a Bulgarian textile enterprise became&nbsp;one of the&nbsp;main suppliers of Lindstr&ouml;m group,&nbsp;which straightened the group&#39;s position of a leading European leader in the sector of working wear and equipment.</p>
