CasePro team once again assists NEVEQ II in an equity investment

CasePro team managed by Spartak Yovchev, Boyan Dombalov and Boyan Lazarov is assisting the venture capital investment fund NEVEQ II in an equity investment transaction at an aggregate amount of EUR 1 MILLION, performed in two financing rounds in the local technology startup LegalTrek AD, a company providing billing and enterprise resource planning software for law firms. Our team was involved in all stages of the transaction, comprising the transfer of the rights over the intellectual property relevant to the company’s business and the execution of the investment, participating in the negotiations process and drafting the full set of the legal documents necessary for the successful closing of the investment.
