NEVEQ II and its equity investment in CONTENT INSIGHTS AD

CasePro team led by Spartak Yovchev, Boyan Domablov and Nikolay Georgiev successfully assisted and advised the venture capital investment fund NEVEQ II on its equity investment at the amount of EUR 300,000 in the software company CONTENT INSIGHTS AD, operating a web-based platform, offering analyzing service for online publishers, allowing them to monitor and measure the effectiveness of published by them online content, articles and topics. The transaction was executed together with the co-investment of the media focused investment fund – NBM at the amount of EUR 400 000. The equity investment is essential for the overall business of the company and will help it to further develop its web-based platform, as well as to extend and consolidate its services on the competitive software market.
