Yatoto AD with full legal support from CasePro

<p>CasePro team led by Damyana Lazarova advised Yatoto AD on its latest investment round. As part of the procedure Yatoto shareholders established a US entity which became the holding company of the group. Our team members provided full legal support with respect to the execution and completion of the share swap where shares form the capital of the Bulgarian entity were exchanged against new shares form the U.S. holding company. CasePro took significant part with the preparation of the transaction documents for the financing which took place in the U.S.</p>
