CasePro assists NEVEQ II in an equity investment in TIXI AD

<p>CasePro team led by Spartak Yovchev, Boyan Lazarov and Nikolay Georgiev assisted the venture capital investment fund NEVEQ II in an equity investment transaction in TIXI AD, a software company providing electronic services such as eTicketing, traffic monitoring, public and mobile portals and applications, sms parking, platform for mobile and electronic services and others. The investment at the total amount of EUR 1 MILLION will help the company to grow and extend its business, as well as to further develop its software products. Our specialists participated in the negotiations process and in both the signing and the closing phase of the transaction. CasePro was assigned to execute the legal due diligence of the company and prepare the full set of the transaction documents, necessary for the execution of the investment.</p>
