MammothDB advised by CasePro on an equity investment

<p>CasePro team led by Damyana Lazarova and Boyan Lazarov successfully advised the analytics database provider MammothDB on its second stage equity investment provided by two of the leading capital investment funds – 3TS Capital Partners and Empower Capital. Prior to closing of the financing stage, the company was transformed into a joint stock company.</p> <p>Over the last two years MammothDB has acquired clients including Cisco, DHL, and Publicis to become one of the fastest growing Big Data start-ups in Europe, and part of CIO's Top 100.</p>
