CasePro advises a foreign payment institution on its equity investment

<p>CasePro team led by Damyana Lazarova and Boyan Lazarov successfully advised a foreign payment institution on its equity investment amounting to nearly BGN 80 million in a Bulgarian subsidiary company. The investment was made through an in-kind contribution where CasePro created the full legal documentation and assisted with respect to the mandatory registration of the capital increase.</p>
