<p>CasePro team managed by Spartak Yovchev and Boyan Dombalov advised the software company BusinesSoft AD, considered as one of the most innovative Bulgarian developer of (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for construction and manufacturing companies. Our team members took part during the whole negotiations process and provided full scope of legal support in the equity investment of the company provided by three leading in their business sectors companies, namely ”INDEX – 6” OOD, Eleven - a venture capital fund that provides staged startup financing and ”Planex” OOD. The transaction at the total amount of EUR 700 000, was essential for the overall business of the company, and will help the company to enter in new business lines.</p>
<p>Our team was involved in all stages of the transaction, comprising the transfer of the rights over the intellectual property relevant to the company’s business and the execution of the investment, participating in the negotiations process and drafting the full set of the legal documents necessary for the successful closing of the investment.</p>
