<p>CasePro team led by Alexander Andonov, Spartak Yovchev and Boyan Dombalov successfully completed the aqcuisition of&nbsp;99,99% of the capital of the Bulgarian investment purpose joint stock company &nbsp;&quot;Expat Imoti&quot; by the joint stock company &quot;Specialized Logistic Systems&quot; AD&nbsp;through the investment intermediary Euro-Finance. CasePro prepared the full set of legal documentation, including the SPA with the owner &quot;Galenit Invest&quot; AD, coordinated the execution of the&nbsp;escrow agreement, as well as advised the process of changing&nbsp;the servicing company and the depository bank before the Financial Supervision Commission.</p>
