CasePro team led by Alexander Andonov, Spartak Yovchev and Boyan Dombalov successfully completed the aqcuisition of 99,99% of the capital of the Bulgarian investment purpose joint stock company  "Expat Imoti" by the joint stock company "Specialized Logistic Systems" AD through the investment intermediary Euro-Finance. CasePro prepared the full set of legal documentation, including the SPA with the owner "Galenit Invest" AD, coordinated the execution of the escrow agreement, as well as advised the process of changing the servicing company and the depository bank before the Financial Supervision Commission.
